Terms & Conditions
Weekly rental check in is at 4.00pm and check out is 10.00am unless you have arranged for a different time on the booking form. During peak season changeover days are on a Saturday. Short break arrivals are by arrangement.
When booking, a deposit of one third of the full holiday cost is required, and the remainder a month before arrival. if booking within the month of the arrival date the full amount is payable. We accept cheques, bank transfer and cash only.
Once we have received payment we will send a receipt by e-mail or post, which ever is applicable to you. This will confirm your booking.
Pets are welcome at no cost but if there are any damages caused by your pet or yourself. You will be charged for the repair or replacement of any object.
The apartments are a no smoking area so we ask you please to smoke out side or on the balcony room, if booked by you.
We ask you to leave the property clean and tidy when you check out, please let us know if anything has broken so we can rectify for the next guests. Thank you

We supply cling film, foil, bin liners, salt and pepper and cleaning products,
These do not need replacing, they are simply there for the guests use.
Cancellation
We will refund your deposit if you wish to cancel your holiday up to one month before your arrival date. However if you wish to cancel within the month, the deposit will not be refunded, if we are unable to re-let the apartment(s).
So we advise you to take out holiday insurance against cancellation.
