Weekly rental check in is at 4.00pm and check out is 10.00am unless you have arranged for a different time on the booking form.
During peak season changeover days are on a Saturday. Short break arrivals are by arrangement.
When booking, a deposit of one third of the full holiday cost is required, and the remainder 1 month before arrival. If booking within the month of the arrival date, the full amount is payable. We prefer bank transfer, but can accept cheques. Cash only when there is no alternative.
Once we have received payment we will send a receipt by e-mail or post, which ever is applicable to you. This will confirm your booking.
Pets are welcome at no extra cost, but if there are any damages caused by your pet or yourself, you will be charged for the repair or replacement.
The apartments are no smoking areas, so we ask you please to smoke outside or on the balcony, if booked by you.
Anyone causing a nuisance to other guests will have to leave
and will not be entitled to a refund.
We ask you to leave the property clean and tidy when you check out, please let us know if anything has broken so we can rectify for the next guests.
We will refund your deposit if you wish to cancel your holiday up to one month before your arrival date. However if you wish to cancel within the month, the deposit can not be refunded, unless we are able to re-let the apartment(s).
We advise you to take out holiday insurance against cancellation.
